Characteristics of PCTFE material
High stability: PCTFE has characteristics such as high stability, heat resistance, non flammability, non hygroscopicity, and non breathability.
Excellent mechanical properties: PCTFE has better mechanical properties at room temperature than polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), with high compression strength, low cold flow, high compression rebound rate, and good elastic recovery.
Chemical resistance: PCTFE has excellent chemical resistance to all inorganic corrosive liquids. Its chemical resistance is slightly inferior to PTFE, but still superior to other plastics.
Low temperature resistance: PCTFE is particularly suitable for low-temperature applications, with a working temperature range of -240 ℃ to+150 ℃, and has excellent low temperature resistance.
Electrical performance: The electrical performance of PCTFE is similar to other perfluorinated polymers, but the dielectric constant and loss factor are slightly higher, especially at high frequencies.
Widely used: Due to its excellent performance, PCTFE is widely used in coatings, plastics, films, and other fields, and has special applications in high-tech fields.
